If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48hour notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of your booked service. If your appointment is cancelled the day of or you don’t show up for your appointment you are required to pay $100 before you are able to rebook. If you are a new client to secure your appointment a deposit is required. If you are needing to reschedule, deposits will be held for your new desired date. However if you miss the 48 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited. Lastly, please try to arrive on time. If you are more than 15minutes late, I cannot guarantee your full service will be preformed, however a full service fee will be charged.
